Expeditions in Crusaders of Crypto, and how they provide a low touchpoint avenue to obtain exclusive NFT and CRUSADER token!
Expeditions
Expeditions are a form of low-effort "play" to earn mechanic for the Crusaders of Crypto Platform!
How it works
First, a player can purchase an Expedition Pass for 100B* CRUSADER from within their home dungeon, from the flag "Expeditions".
Then, every day, the player can visit the flag to collect Expedition Rewards.
"Claimable Days" do not stack, so make sure to claim daily!
In order to claim from the expedition, players must have completed at least one dungeon in any difficulty/mode within the past 3 days.
If the Expedition Pass is older than 20 days, players must have 100,000,000,000 CRUSADER (100 billion) in order to claim the expedition pass and receive its other benefits. Prior to the 20 day age, no balance is required.
Rewards
On each daily claim of an expedition, the crusader will receive the following:
5% of the cost of the expedition back for the first 20 days. (For example: 100B CRUSADER pass, a base 5B would be claimable per day).
A % of the Expedition P2E pool, based on % of total supply of CRUSADER the player has, divided by 10. For example, using a 1T Expedition P2E pool, and a 1% Wallet, the player would be able to claim an additional 1B CRUSADER daily.
A 5% Chance for an Expedition-Exclusive NFT daily.
An additional 100M per NFT Point(described below), per day. For example, a player that has 15 NFT Points would receive an additional 1500M CRUSADER daily.
This form of play provides a guaranteed way for players to "actively grow" their CRUSADER holdings!
NFT Points
In order for players to make the most out of their expedition pass, the pass supports awarding additional CRUSADER via NFT Points. NFT Points can be obtained as follows:
1 NFT Point per distinct NFT. For example, 2 Blood Blades and 1 Siphon blade counts as 2 NFT Points (as there are only 2 distinct NFT, duplicates do not count).
0.5 NFT Points per level on distinct NFT. For example, a Level 2 Blood blade will add an additional 1 NFT point (0.5 NFTx2). As before, only the highest level of a distinct NFT will count.
1 NFT Point per distinct Shiny Pet. For example, a Shiny Shieldy grants 2 NFT points (one for being a distinct NFT, one for being a distinct shiny NFT)
NFT Points are capped to an upper limit, which grows as more NFT is introduced into the ecosystem. The current NFT Point limit is 90 NFT Points.
Note: Buying an expedition pass will lower the BNB Redistribution from tokenomics (as that CRUSADER is no longer held within the account), but will not lower the drop rates due to token holdings for Dungeon Clear Rewards.
Note: Buying a pass will lower you current holding amount of CRUSADER by 100B (the cost of the pass). Due to the way passive RUPEE generation is calculation (time since last claim vs. # of CRUSADER held), this means that after buying your claimable rupee will be less. However, as long as you dont claim rupee (but continue to claim the expedition), your rupee amount will return to normal, and even exceed what it was prior to you buying the pass!
In the event that the Expedition P2E pool has run dry, the Expedition Pass can still be claimed daily for a chance at exclusive expedition-only NFT. The Expedition P2E pool is funded by the marketplace mechanics.
